We want you to love your Dinosaur Designs pieces, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wrapping is secure to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
