Resin is strong and durable but should be treated as a ceramic. To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid wearing them in water and clean them with a soft cloth and a drop of coconut oil to restore luster.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $10 and express shipping for $15. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take up to 10-15 business days.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
Are your products handmade?
Yes, every Dinosaur Designs piece is handmade in our studio. Due to the artisanal process, every item is unique, and slight variations in color and pattern are a hallmark of our brand.
